About Us

Ensocell is a biotechnology company advancing next-gen precision biologics for autoimmune and fibrotic diseases. Our therapeutic design is informed by ENSO AI, a platform that identifies molecular targets and predicts disease biology with a new level of precision. Through ENSO AI, we design drugs better tailored to the reality of biology with a higher chance of clinical success.

Solving the Key Challenge of Autoimmunity

Autoimmune therapies have been largely defined by broad-spectrum immune suppressants, which temporarily reduce symptoms but create an array of safety and tolerability challenges. Even emerging ‘targeted’ drugs still fail many patients, as the effectiveness of a "targeted" intervention is limited by the understanding of the underlying disease mechanism. Ensocell has been founded to fill this knowledge gap.

Our expertise is based on a long legacy of world-class genomic research from the Wellcome Sanger Institute. Ensocell’s pipeline includes multifunctional biologics in major disease areas such as dermatitis, inflammatory bowel disease and lupus.

About ENSO AI

With ENSO AI, we see autoimmune disease at a higher resolution. ENSO AI synthesizes many kinds of 100% human data to identify and validate targets for each subtype of autoimmune disease. The outcome is a substantial de-risking of both candidate design and clinical strategy.
